How It Works

Step 1: Gather Content

Make a list of audio content you feel your audience would enjoy hearing. Then note who in your organization you would like to do the recording, or find outsiders like celebrities, experts, authors, artists, curators, educators and trainers to add their voice.

Step 2: Record the Audio

You can either take existing audio content, such as mp3 files from a podcast, and upload them directly into our Master Control Panel in our Web-based administration site. Or, call our secret recording number to record the audio from your phone. It’s like recording a voicemail greeting. Conference in another person to make it an interview if you wish. You can even offer tours in multiple languages to target various demographics.

Step 3: Market the Dial-In Information Hotline

Use our marketing templates to create brochures, business card hand-outs, stickers, postcards and more. Or create your own marketing materials

Step 4: Check Statistics

You will want to see how your dial-in information hotline is performing.
